Residential Investigation
Are you a Homeowner, Renter or Realtor that has a property plagued with unexplained activity? If so Give us a call.
We start by interviewing those who have had first had experiences, as well as doing an in-depth history on the property and surrounding area
We go into every investigation trying to find a logical explanation for the activity.
We use a variety of equipment to record and document any evidence we find.
We always try to set up the investigation to coincide with the time of day or night that the activity peaks,.
After we conclude the investigation, we will give you a brief run down of the evidence we captured.
However a full breakdown of the evidence can take 24-48 hours as we need to go through every bit of our evidence to ensure nothing was missed.
Commercial Investigations
Same as the Residential, but on a larger scale.
We take the time to interview those who have had experiences. We do a complete walk through to identify any possible hotspots, so we know where to focus our investigations.
After we conclude the investigation, we will give you a brief run down of the evidence we captured.
However a full breakdown of the evidence can take 24-48 hours as we need to go through every bit of our evidence to ensure nothing was missed
Cleansing & Blessing
If evidence does point to active haunting of your property, and you so desire. We do also offer full Cleansing and Blessings of the property.
After this is complete, we will also leave you with instructions on how to do this yourself as needed.
We will also reach back out approx 10 - 14 days after to make sure everything is going well, Or to schedule a second visit if needed

I got into Paranormal Investigations in 2006 after years of being a diehard nonbeliever. It was personal experiences of the course of several months, that lead me in this direction.
I remember how terrifying it was to have these experiences, and even worse no one to turn to for help thinking everybody would assume i was going crazy.
This is why I started Knox Shadow Chasers. To help those going through the same things I did. To be able to give them somewhere to turn and get the help they need
